Two-Factor Authentication Problems
If you have 2FA enabled and cannot get past the verification step:
- Lost your authenticator app? Use one of the backup codes you saved when you set up 2FA.
- Codes not accepted? Make sure your device's clock is accurate -- authenticator codes are time-based and even a small drift can cause them to fail.
- No backup codes either? Contact support through the website's contact form with your account email and we will help verify your identity.
