Processing Status
Understand how to track your content's OCR progress and the queue system.
After you upload, each image enters a processing queue. You can watch progress in real time from your Library, or close the browser and come back later -- nothing is lost.
Processing continues in the background
You do not need to keep the tab open. Close your browser, shut your laptop, come back whenever you like. Your uploads will keep processing and the results will be waiting for you.
How the Queue Works
Up to 3 images are processed at the same time per user. Any additional uploads are queued automatically and start as soon as a slot opens. You do not need to manage the queue yourself -- it is fully automatic.
Each image moves through two states:
| State | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting for a processing slot to open |
| Processing | Our AI is actively extracting and analyzing the text |
Tracking Progress
In your Library, each image shows a real-time progress indicator while it is being processed. Completed images display a checkmark. If something goes wrong, you will see an error indicator instead.
The notification bell in the top bar also shows processing updates. Click a notification to jump straight to the finished result.
Typical Processing Times
Most manga pages finish in 10-30 seconds. Novel pages with dense text may take a bit longer. The exact time depends on the complexity of the page and how many images are ahead of yours in the queue.
For batch uploads, the total time depends on how many images are in the batch. With 3 images processing concurrently, a 30-page chapter typically finishes in a few minutes.
When Processing Fails
If an image fails to process, check the error message displayed on the thumbnail. The most common causes are unsupported file formats and images that exceed the size limit. You can re-upload the file or use the reprocessing option to try again.
